Carolyn's family and friends are invited to attend her funeral service to be held in the South Chapel of Eastern Suburbs Crematorium, 12 Military Road, Matraville, on Friday (October 27, 2006), commencing at 10.30 a.m.

Passed away September 17, 2006.
